This is a dangerous subject. Until my words are written clearly and the message is clearly conveyed, I am going to hold off on answering this question. I did attempt to answer it but I fear it was certainly inadequate for such a huge question. Give me time. If I feel I can do a better job than what was posted I will reengage the question.

As you said in your first post "depends on what you mean by is"...it depends on what you mean by "complete". If by complete finished then yes. Yes we have the complete (finished) Word of God. If by complete you mean all that God or Jesus ever said then no.
God through men has chosen to write and give us the Bible we have today to reveal the Living Word. If the Bible isn't the complete Word of God then who decides what is truly the Word of God. Why not the Koran, the Book of Mormon and other so called holy books also being the Word of God.Then where is the absolute standard for our lives. This is the key question for us and if I can't stand on the Bible being the Complete Word of God what do I stand on then? There has to be an objective standard for why I am here on Earth and in Belgium.
